Answers to General Questions 1.2 What does it cost to sign up for BURGOYNE's Dial-up service? A. The most basic package is the BURGOYNE Dial-Up package for $18.95 a month. However, BURGOYNE has several upgrades and options to choose from, including e-mail filtering, BrowseBlast, and pop-up blocker. To view our different service package options, visit the "Service Plans" tab on the BURGOYNE homepage. 1.3 How do I sign up for BURGOYNE Internet service? A. The process is easy and takes less than 10 minutes. Click here to get started. 1.4 I currently have another ISP. How do I switch over to BURGOYNE? A. To avoid any disruption in your service, you can first sign up for BURGOYNE Internet service before you cancel your existing service. However, make sure you are not subject to any cancellation charges, etc., from your current ISP. There are three easy ways to sign up for BURGOYNE; click here to learn how to get started. You can access your BURGOYNE e-mail account by going to mail.BURGOYNE.net, or by visiting your BURGOYNE member home page. You will be asked to log in using your BURGOYNE e-mail address and password. 1.13 What will my BURGOYNE member home page allow me to do? A. The BURGOYNE member home page is a customizable start page that allows you to choose your own news, weather, stock quotes, and your favorite links. From this page you can also access your personal account information. 1.14 How do I access my BURGOYNE member home page? A. Go to www.burgoyne.com. Then log in under the “Access My BURGOYNE” field located at the top right of the page. You may also click here to go directly to the My BURGOYNE login page. 1.15 What will my BURGOYNE Personal Account Management page allow me to do? A. The BURGOYNE Personal Account Management Page allows you to add e-mail accounts, view your billing history, make payments online, update your contact information, as well as view your family’s Internet usage history (what time the Internet was used and for how long). 1.16 How do I access my BURGOYNE Personal Account Management page?
